In my opinion this report isn't worth the "paper" it's written on. Obviously the analyst hasn't done any DD on management. Say no more.

I agree with you, South Africa will lift the moratorium on fracking. First thing, they want to know how much resources they really have. Secondly, the estimated 400 TCF gas resource would give SA energy independence.

As for the sp, it does worth a lot more than $.11, the reason being:

Falcon’s “dirt” in Hungary and Australia contains an estimated recoverable 100 TCF of gas resources plus an estimated recoverable 18 billion barrel of oil. So, potentially we’re looking at 100’s of billions of dollar value.

Scheduled activities in 2012, both in Hungary and Australia.

Those who already own Falcon, want to see the results later in the year, therefore they aren’t selling. So, I think, those who want to get in now will have to pay more.
