No, that wasn't what I was trying say...

To put it in the right context, the geology of the Makó trough still is a very much unknown structure, therefore even the newest technology may not reliably reduce the risk. Therefore, the technology needs to be tweaked to the geology to be more effective. In the case of the Makó trough even Exxon has to follow the learning curve.
