Falcon Oil and Gas Ltd.

One of the key points in all this speculation is of course whether Exxon proceeds to phase 2 with MOL on the MOL side of the JV lands. If that part of the equation stays intact then we may end up with some breathing room - either from the payment of $50 million from Exxon to keep their options alive or from another potential JV partner coming in after Exxon steps back. If I remember correctly, the last financial update from Falcon and speculation on the current financial status, it was believed that Falcon would still have close to $10 million on hand by year end. Does anyone know if this number is correct and how far this would carry us in any re-testing of the Magy well?? Regards Paul
