I can't remember the details of the MOL/Exxon agreement, but does Exxon need to make any sort of statement about continuing on with the MOL side of the Mako in the next 120 days or is their separate agreement already set to continue through to 2011?? Could MOL and Exxon drag their feet until 2012 to give themselves a shot at picking up Falcon's lands or would they also run the same risk of losing their rights to the other half of the Mako??
