In anyway this should at least put pressure on Goldcorp if they want to have at least 15% in EVG. I anyway is good deal and with 3 Majors around EVG this should bring sp of EVG to reasonable level. But anyway it is possible that AEM will purchase also some shares on open Market if they really want RSH and not only 70% of RSH, this was good step from Tookie and maybe first right step to much better sp. Also funds can buy in only to be part of bidding war, I don't see any dilution in near term only much much higher price or even bidding war. Now EVG don't need to have so much money because they need money only for Nevada and I beleive that they know why they are prefering Nevada, so let see what this summer brings but this is very good.
