Deal should close by June 1st, I understand from this deal that AEM should by some EVG shares on open Market after this deal is closed and that is June 1st, so before that maybe there will be nothing special or some flip-flop trades but finally after that date EVG should finally break out. Also on that date we could expect resource calculation for RSH, so next month should be very important month for EVG, hopefully EVG will see all time high. I find this deal very good, like Tookie did with Ventana, now if anybody wants to take over EVG then bidding war will start, so let see how EVG will go further, hopefully like VEN to double digit...
