This is old news which was discussed on this board earlier.
The summary of the discussions was that
1. fuel cell powered vehicles had an uphill battle for maket acceptance
2. Toyota would continue its development of lithium battery vehicles, but not along the same lines as the old Tesla batteries, which we all agreed was doomed to extinction.

Thats why there is a belief that Tesla will change its battery specs to be more in line with conventional EV automotive industry standads . Hense EFL batteries become the new international standard
