EAGLE HILL ACKNOWLEDGES NEWS RELEASE ISSUED BY MAUDORE MINERALS LTD.

Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. has acknowledged that Maudore Minerals Ltd. has issued a press release announcing that it wishes to enter into a business combination with Eagle Hill, and that Maudore has entered into a purchase and sale agreement with Noront Resources Ltd. for the acquisition of its 25-per-cent interest in the Windfall Lake property.

At this time, no binding offer has been made by Maudore. The company is taking appropriate steps to evaluate the proposal made by Maudore to ensure that shareholder value is maximized, and the company will continue to inform its shareholders of any additional information that is provided.
