After so many years of getting our hopes squashed at every turn by Fung and Tenor, we finally have a chance to get some good news with a bit more patience.

Speculating on what the committees plans are and what the retainer agreement says makes no sense. Every shareholder will have the chance to opt in and have their questions answered.

I have asked JC to wait to dump on us until he has the facts which I'm sure he will get despite not being a shareholder.

If after reading the documents you want to dump on those of us who believe we have a real chance to make monetary gains you can do that but it would just reinforce the concept that you are negative because you lost money with this POS and now see that those of us who have averages down might actually turn a profit.
