To be clear, I think what is going on is a good thing if it works out the way it appears to be intended. You have your approach, which I respect. Others have their own approach.
My approach has been posted over and over again. Wait and see what the agreement is and make the decision after people do their DD. Can't be clearer here.
What is your approach? Your comments with innuendos about how the committee is working with Fung and the Boys is based on no information I have seen posted by you or anyone else. Maybe some people are interested in your speculation that the committee has ulterior motives and that is their right. I'm only interested in factual information and comments for debate.
I agree there is no need to defend their actions since only those people who have opt in know what they plan to do. Since you have no shares how could you know what they are planning? The answer is in the documents on the monitors site. Gowlings has laid out what they think. Anyone can read it.
My impression of you may be wrong but it sure seems like when you make comments like "I think this is a good thing" you are being facetious. There is no purpose in speculating that things aren't what they seem unless you have information to the contary. I have yet to see that.
I ask you that before you trash something you at least look and read it.
