First we need to see a press release from GRZ. That being said, I think it is fairly safe to assume that KRY's imminent award somehow factors into the deal. If LC is packaged along with Brisas, Belanger would hardly press forward and put their $750 million award at risk knowing how Crystallex/Tenor is committed to enforcing their award. Remember that Belanger has been in dicussions with VZ for quite some time, and I have little doubt that LC was always a part of the negotiations.
