Well that is not good news. Do we have more information. I am confident that GRZ will win some award just on the procedure. The had a hearing on the complete merits than requested a further hearing on damages.

I think after a positive award in GRZ, i as a shareholder would be willing to invest more money to increase my percentage. I think share holder should be given an opportunity to provide financing for return and warrants or options.
