The guys getting the MIP decided to allow shares to be illiquid by not meeting the listing standard.......... I think that was a poor choice but that was their call as ones in charge.////////...... The SEC could careless about the value of those shares that can no longer be traded on an exchange.............. Only the judge can make shares officially worthless if the BK plays out against shareholders or dilution makes them virtually worthless.............. How brass handles any possible settlement distribution can be debated until the cows come home but my guess is they want max MIP and may be inclined to do the right thing for shareholders while the bk judge looks over their shoulder..........as far as this latest issue with the 86 year old judge resigning, it smells like it did when vz picked him......... Old timers have no business serving on multii year cases imo ......///////// On another note, the way I see things is china may push this to settlement along with grz after the big oil cases are decided in next month or so if China In fact really wants to mine LC with no arb overhang.......those Big oil decisions will be a yard stick for us imo and a settlement can be negotiated based on what they pay.......... China really wanting LC now with no arb overhang is key......... Maduro actually wanting it mined soon with no arb overhang is key. Those two questions may be more important to a settlement than this latest delay.
