How, exactly, does that re-post answer my questions?
Would appreciate specifically addressing each of my questions.
At least indicate what pertains to what, unless confusion is the intent.
One example, of many - There is nothing in the re-post that addresses why SEC info and Regulations, especially 12(j) are, "poor quality information," concerning Crystallex shareholders. Not indicating what parts of the re-post pertains to where, only obfuscates. So, how about it?

Those RM "answers" are so vague, they only beg more questions.
Realistically, RM or Crystallex did not post those "answers."
Essentially anyone could be just making those up.
Any links to validate the purported Crystallex information?
