jc: Can you show a link to a company that reregistered with the SEC and the shareholders found that their shares were cancelled? Currently Crystallex is under a trustee's control in everything that they do and they need his approval to do anything. Fung has always asserted that he is attempting to protect the current shareholders. That would go counter to one of his main themes if he tried to go around the shareholders and reorganize without them. Neubold would not approve that sort of strategy. To speak in general terms about revoked shares as you have in the past and maybe doubling down on at present does not reflect on KRY shareholders. I think you are now in the process of beating a dead horse :)
