All this reads like we will end up with pennies in a couple of years. Tenor will continue to get more of the pie as they continue to give added support in exchange for a greater percentage of any award. The actions of the bondholders was most likely baked in as Tenor made the decision to enter this transaction. For Tenor and KRY management everything is going as expected. New deals and percentages to follow.
