When Fung brought this in front of the court system in Canada he lead the court to believe that his interest was for the shareholders and he was there to protect them from the bondholders "greed". Now the court will see that was not his real incentive. The greed is Robert Fung. He wants a paycheck and a very large golden parachute. lol
