This is very good news if it is real and not just another VZ trick for China to give money to VZ.

Like you said they can't say anything about the environmental reasons now. There could be a buyer for our equipment and Data. Hell maybe Citic has been the buyer all along!

The other thing that should look good is that the amount of gold will be hyped to the top end by Hugo.
