I don't get it

What happened to us owing 100m to the bond holders? We are attempting to get 35 million to finance the arbitration through 2014. I must be way off on what is going on. Would a bigger brain explain what is happening so I can explain it to my wife who has 40K shares not by her own choice in her IRA?
