Bankruptcy on the other hand I would put the blame on Fung's shoulders not Hugo's. Having the financing for the "what if Hugo acts like Hugo" factor should have been acounted for. What good is us bragging about what a great case we have if Hugo screws us, if we can't afford to see the case thru?
