I am in litigation finance full time. While this is a lot of money and more than the usuall finance and has more political risk than the usual finance I am sure it can be done for less of the company then bond holders think they are entitled too. Further maybe we should talk to bankruptcy attorneys and see if we could seek protection during a reoganiztion waiting for the award or settlement. We have an usually large asset that can be valued- Why should the bond holders get more than they bargained for at the expense of Shareholders.
Can we sell the Lawsuits straight out for a billion or 500 million. How about a straight out equity raise if we got rid of Bond holders by selling another 500 million in stock the stock would move to 50 cents if we had the money to move to arbitration. A billion shares at 50 cents. Sell 500 million shares at 20 Cents per. you look at GRZ and there cash postion and stock price the stock would be above 50 cents if we had the cash to go through the arb.
Bob Could some of his big boys interested if you presented correctly if they realized they would make a killing on the stock. If he can't he should step down now and let someone else get it done.
He can email if he wants me to see if it is possible and at what cost lit finance guys would come to this train wreck.
