JC the appeal process has not been filed. When it does and after it's heard I beleive its up the AMEX to decide whether or not they allow us to stay listed. Were hoping the company has enough ammo to suport the listing.

And yes, I am implying the 15 days is FACT and the 45 days is up to the AMEX. The AMEX could suspend the shs. until thier decision has been made. Hopefully again this doesn't happen and the company delivers something substainative besides a 1 for 10 or bond restructuring that wouldn't be enough. I'm in the camp its more than that.

I hope your wrong because this falls short of the rules the AMEX reads.
