Thistime - If you are certain of this ,then IMO Ven will likely move very quickly with another suitor(China?), to get on with the mining of L.C.

Ven may find a suitor very quickly, but they won't be mining quickly. The suitor will need a mining plan, equipment, etc. Who do we know that has those things? Hmmmm .....
