I hope you are correct.

We need the transition of physical management and security of LC to be accepted by Venezuelan authorities.

We need the MOC cancellation gazzetted.

I would think these actions happen this week.

I don't look at these actions as a negative just clarifies our direction. If/when the above actions occur it will change the likelyhood of the possible outcomes.
