Crystallex International

In my opinion, I believe that Ven and China continue to work on this project, however, it is Ven who wants Crystallex out and China has no say in the matter. I also believe that the only way this works for all three parties is that Crystallex is fairly compensated. Most likely, the Chinese will pay for this compensation so that they can rid the mine of any disputes or arbitration. They will also receive the equipment and mining plans in the deal so they can begin the project much sooner. The payoff to Crystallex in the big picture is minor, however, it should make most of us happy. I was actually relieved when Ven made their announcement. It finally allowed this to play out. I asked RM many times why not file arbitration sooner? I don't second guess their decisions because I have been involved in business deals where you have to follow your plan to the end. This may end up being the best outcome that we could have achieved no matter when we filed.
