Hey since none of this makes sense why not venture a guess.

First off, the MOC was dead anyway, it would have had to transfer to the JV made out to the JV. Second, most of the performance was being relied upon by CREC. They were financing the project, loaning us money and they were getting 2/3 rds for that performance. VZ wants a bigger piece of the pie so here's the solution.

Kry has nothing left to give, our 1/3 is there and since we can file arbitration and win then KRY shouldn't have to give up anything else. VZ wants a piece and CREC has 2/3 to work with in the JV. How about CREC giving up 1/3 to VZ in exchange for Las Brisas added to the JV. Everyone gets 1/3 of a larger piece of the pie. CREC and VZ figure out how to get GRZ out of the picture but KRY has no money and only has 1/3 of a JV but gets 100% of arbitration reward or settlement. How bad does CREC want to mine the property and how bad does VZ want a bigger piece of the pie?
