We should all keep Fung's feet to the fire. There shouldn't be any holdup to filing for Arbitration. In previous conversations he always had some reason not to file now he has no reason not to. We as the shareholders shouldn't let him off the hook anymore. He should file then sell the equipment and then fire remaining non essential to arb staff and then settle with the bondholders. If he can't do this then he should resign and then bring in someone who can handle this part of the strategy. No more excuses Fung. We gave you the benefit of the doubt and you couldn't come through thanks for your efforts but nice guys finish last. We just had to relearn this lesson.
