South American countries have been reneging on debt for decades with no recourse to some of the top banks in America. I would suggest we read it for what it is and not what we hope it should say. Hugo said all last year he was taking LC back and now we know he was not fooling. He has won by letting KRY spend all of the capital with nothing left for debt and arbitration expenses. This reads more like bankruptcy.
