The decision contained in the Official Newspaper informed that it was prohibited the use of the name, image and figure of the agent chief executive in infrastructure works “of any nature”.

On the other hand, the opposition said that the official resolution is an attempt of the agent chief executive to avoid that it ties it to the town with the bad management of his government.

The spokesman of the competing alliance Table of the Unit, elect deputy Andres Velasquez, affirmed that the prohibition has to do more with the result of a government management who presents/displays deficit in the matter of construction of house and public works.

“This has to do with a correction, generally, because what it more likes the president it is the propaganda that takes control of him. It has to do more with the result of the government work. It is being prohibited that appears the figure of Chávez related to the poor work of the government”, indicated in a press conference.

It added that the things in the matter of government go so badly that is being prohibited who appears the figure of the president related “to the public management at national level in any corner of the country”.

Velasquez said that besides the prohibition the president attacks independent means of press, because he thinks that thus he can avoid a defeat in the elections of 2012, when he looks for one second re-election.

The prohibition extends to “constructions, constructions, establishments, enclosures, welfare educative institutions and doctor of any level, communication channels, places public and any types of buildings”.

“The use of the name, image and figure of the person of the President of the Republic for the identification is prohibited, names, denomination, characterization, standardisation, qualification and designation of the majority of infrastructure works of any nature… and any type of located real estate in the territory of Venezuela and whose property, administration, gestation, direction, trusteeship, control, construction, elaboration and supervision are assigned anyway or given to the diverse organisms” public, indicated.
