hondo, i've often wondered why kry never seemed to fight the public perception that it was kry's fault LC never opened...we should have painted hugo's face all over the wall/gates at LC with a big sign that read:

another quality project brought to you by huggy! we will open for business and provide many jobs as soon as the government approves work to start. for questions/comments regarding the permit/approval please contact: (give everybody from hugo to khan to minambs ph #)

all i can say is that if we have to file for arbitration i seriously hope we dont warn hugo...just take down the fences at LC remove all security and any equipment we have and tell the locals to have at it on the way out of town...
