The lawyer of William Saud Alvarez requested to the Court of Appeals the urgent transfer of the blame a clinical center deprived to present/display a deterioration of his health. This is the fifth time that the jurist tries this action with negative results.

William Saud, of 62 years suffers of pulmonary arterial hypertension, enfisema and prostatitis in advanced state

The request exhibited to the Court of Appeals of the Penal Judicial Circumscription of the State Bolivar alleges that Saud, of 62 years, suffers of “arterial hypertension, with cuasi-permanent occurrence, cutaneous melanoma, enfisema pulmonary, prostatitis” all in chronic state besides appellants malaria symptoms, reason why it requires of scheduled inspections and therapeutic diagnoses.

“When it has been transferred of emergencia of the Uyapar hospital, this attention are circumscribed to the ambulatory attendance of the symptoms of its hypertensive crises appellants and, every time more serious, to the point of loss of it brings back to consciousness, since it has happened in the three last days”, it specified Fields in the document given in the courts.

In addition it indicates that the attentions received by the mining leader at the hands of the Service of Emergencias the 1-7-1, week from the 8 to the 14 of November have not gone beyond a pre-hospitable attention and of first aid, “without it means that the specialized medical attention is treating that prevents the peaking and/or aggravation with its multiple diseases”, it express the document.

Right to the health
The writing makes reference to the supraconstitutional character of international treaties like the Pact of Civil and Political Rights and the American Convention on Human rights that even guarantee the right to a worthy treatment to all the human beings who are private of their freedom.

Similarly it mentions article 83 of the Constitution of the Bolivariana Republic of Venezuela that establishes the right to the health like fundamental and the obligation of the state to guarantee it like part of the right to the life.

Finally the office makes responsible to the court of appeals “by the deterioration of the health and even of the life of William Jose Of the Valley Saud Suárez, by contumaz, omitiva and cruel refusal of that court of raised to order its transfer” to a center where it can receive suitable medical attention.
