POG has taken a dive in November essentially without fail for the past 29 years. One reason seems to be the end of the traditional buying season in India. That's a "fundamental." I expect there are also some technical reasons; it does seem like a correction is due. (Right, chart-followers?)

Nothing to worry about, imho. Long term fundamentals are as strong as ever--i.e., the problems you mention with the Euro, Bernanke's six hundred bil, etc. etc.
