For my own sanity, I have to believe that this deal is essentially ready to go, and that the only impediment is that the paperwork has to be signed off by governments for whom this is one tiny deal buried amongst a myriad of other, larger issues. For instance, it seems that China and Vennie are finalizing plans for the development of Vennie mining in general. There's no reason to think that LC is anything more than a footnote to what is going on at the national level between the countries. Unfortunately, this board seems to represent a majority of the world's individuals who are left hanging on every LC crumb that falls off the main table.
