As No Bear heard "the documents are prepared" unsigned as the JV is waiting for the VZ compliance on Permit and other agreed to issues. As we all know Hugo is an Egocentric, out of touch dictator who is running scared. He knows China is starting to take over VZ with all the current projects and "in his Mind" he thinks he is showing China that he is still in control - hence the Russia trip, which is probably more hot air than substance(how is VZ going to pay for Nuclear components? OIL?) - Russia has all they need, but poorly run oil fields and little cash - and that's what Russia needs(CASH) and Hugo doesn't have any. So he makes a trip to Russia after being snubbed by China leaders - in effect he'll show China they're not the only game in town - But They Are and Hugo knows it. This delay is about Hugo having a Snit. China will put Hugo in his place in short order when Jintao?sp? comes to town. Relax and if you can add to your position. One last thought - China is not keeping the Kry PPS down as $.10 or $.15 on 80million shares(19.9%) is $8 - $12 million which to China is like a flea on a Donkey's A$$. China is also not trying to cut Kry out of the JV with a lowball buyout as they are developing commodity based projects around the world estimated at $1/2 to a $Trillion - they don't need the grief of having an unsavory reputation which would hurt them in the future.
