Is there anything official, or even unofficial, that tells us the delay is now because they want the vote to be on the whole shootin' match? Can somebody clarify because speculation has a habit of becoming fact here, until it can't be supported any longer and then we move on to more unsubstantiated speculation. Just go back and look at how the story has changed since 7/31 and the disappointment that brought to many. It started with "Just a couple more days..."
