EZ, it does'nt change anything as far as the investment goes (if we get permitted, everything else is gravy)....

but i've always assumed we pay security because we are required to provide jobs and dont want the illegals destroying our cafeteria/bunkhouses....

i picture the military down there charging the illegals admission to mine LC, then buying the gold at a discount....now that the gravy gold is drying up, it's time to let the gringos in...imo

so first, you make up a big story about fixing the illegal mining problem...then you open up LC/LB on a commercial level and employ the illegals.....

then you use your mighty corruption skills to soak the employees and contractors out of every possible dime....

this is'nt logicland....this is bananaland
