Crystallex agreed to remediate property not under contract simultaneously while developing the approved mine.

Yes, I agree rounding up illegal miners is a good sign (note, this has happened before)and I agree the next step needs to occur soon (within 30 days) otherwise "things" will fall back into same ole same ole. What the next step is I don't know but, as you say, needs to be a physical action not talk of action.

2 immediate questions to me. (And, of course, my opinion and outlook can change daily.)

1. Is Crystallex in or out?

2. If out, is compensation going to be offered up front?
