I agree 100% with your take on the small miner situation Pen. I have stated the same thing years ago regarding this. The small miners are a serious and big issue they are dealing with. Too big imo to deal with in a way that satifies everyone for sure.

Regarding Kry's portion of the bigger LC area, I am including their portion in what I said. Kry's portion could very well be on the table to be carved up once they are dealt with, either bought off or arbitration. I don't think kry has any hope for developing this anymore.
