Regarding Kry's portion of the bigger LC area, I am including their portion in what I said. Kry's portion could very well be on the table to be carved up once they are dealt with, either bought off or arbitration. I don't think kry has any hope for developing this anymore.

If Hugo wants gold in bulk quantities out of the ground to back\stabilize his currency and develop tax revenue he needs modern, well run mines...not a bunch of peasants with picks and shovels. If he actually gave a crap about the peasants....he would have paid them their toasted cheese instead of continually lying to them about "giving them a hamburger on Tuesday" and then having Sanz not show up at the appointed time. There is no reason why El Piggo cannot do both....develop large scale mining and toss the peasants a few morsels of land to hunt and peck around on.
