Ya know, there has been so much talk in the past that VZ wants to join LC and LB, that I just realized how important that might be to them.

So the delay, and GRZ's price move, may have to do with the fact that VZ is working out the details of the merge, and then whoever is going to take over/mine, has to be worked into the legal docs, payments, share exchanges etc.

So, we might be seeing a pr that relates to that merger, and or just from KRY's side.
