Application is in process. It is a matter of preparing an entire new prospectus, not quite as simple as moving from the TSX.V to TSX.T which are basically the same organization. Last time I was at their office they finishing 5" thick binder number 4 and where starting on the 5th. The process can take 6-12 months depending on how busy the exchange is and how quick the company can supply requested info to the exchange. It is essentially the same process as a brand new listing from scratch except that an IPO is not required because the company already have the minimum requirement for the number of shareholders.
