I agree with your point and that is why I really look at the news releases vs. conversations. It seems rather unethical for any company to continuously post information in an NR and then cover their butts in the cautionary notes. Should not the content and the whole purpose of the NR have credibility? Everyone accepts that by investing in the venture exchange their is a much higher risk, but it seems these days that you can say bloody well whatever you want as long as your lawyer has attached the appropriate cautionary note.
