There has rarely been any correlation between a change in the underlying value of the company and the share price, either from commodity prices or other economic improvements.

The SP keeps falling because the company has repeatedly for years failed to perform what they promised, and recently have virtually gone "dark" about their past and present activities and their future plans.

Markets hate uncertainty more than the perceived worst case scenario. The company's absolute dead silence about recent activities/progess or the outcome of the last two JV meetings is more damaging to the SP than anything negative anyone or the company could say.
