I'm a pissed off investor.

I recently asked CUU for some concrete timelines. All they have from the SCJV is "2016".

CUU is doing some of Poloni's duties now that is no longer with Carmax.

The resource model for SC, once received, will help establish project pricing.

The next SCJV meeting is the end of June.

They require a partial sale or JV for Van Dyke.

They need an asset deal to operate without dilution.
