Just because the SCJV committee only officially meets once every quarter doesn't mean information and communication flow is absent between meetings. Or maybe they just don't communicate as often as I would like them to, or to us.
So exactly how long will it take Elmer to review and annouce the 2016 program? Seems like more of the same crap as in the past... delay, delay and delay. The fact that we don't have a concrete update on the optimization studies really "grinds my gears".
I feel like a mushroom. They keep me in the dark and just feed me crap!
