Unless we sell VD, the lawsuit could put a big dent in our minimal cash reserves remaining, regardless of outcome.

Wrongful dismissal lawsuits gets thrown into the 'nuisance' lawsuit category. A large percentage of them get thrown out. Still, Copper Fox will have to retain legal representation along the way, whether this lawsuit makes it to the courts or not.
