Their problem is that 20% of their production is coming from aging mines with dwindling ore grades, with some of the mines themselves facing closure or conversion over the next decase. They're going to invest billions into ensuring they keep the production numbers up amid any necessary closures, as well as expanding other mines if feasible to do so.
