In that article, author claimed that CUU $3.6 million tax refund can only last for a few years since CUU G&A costs averaged around $1.2 million a year. He claimed that PEA for VD will cost $750k and $300k for survey of Somberto.

$3.6 million + currentlt ~$1 million balance, we have ~$4.6 million.

Expenses of...

$1.2 million x 3 = $3.6 million

+ $1,005,000 for VD and SB.

Roughly enough for 3 years including works.

And after all this talk about budgeting, we don't even know what the next steps are for VD. Whether is to do more drilling or straight to PEA.
