The Talthan were expected to do a 10-15% revenue sharing agreement but with the new treaty, it is not sure, there does not seem to be active negotiations.

Completely, unsubstantiated hogwash! There is no way this would ever be possible.

IMHO, I put this whole "report" as suspect of any credibility.
