I think in this market it will sell for what the purchaser is willing to pay.

I don't claim to be a qualified person to value this and I don't think many of us here are?

Simple logic though, you can see the basics. If a project is more proven it has to be more valuable?

Do you really believe we can drill 5 holes that confirmed the historical estimate - didn't expand it, and think our project value has increased in value 50 fold? You are welcome to think this, but don't get upset if someone says "hey, wait a minute, is that right?"

Lets wait and see what moose mountain comes up with?

Prospekt is right. The local purchaser makes sense.
